Women Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

This is a group of no more than eight women who meet weekly to support each other in their quest to heal childhood trauma. The focus is on understanding and decreasing the effect of the childhood abuse on present functioning. The women help each other increase trust and decrease shame. The emotional safety of the group promotes authenticity and enhances self-esteem.

• This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm
• One introductory individual session is required prior to joining the group.
• I recommend concurrent individual therapy for group members.
